Equipment Needs

Institute organizers will provide listed equipment and services subject to availability. Any other computer or AV equipment is the responsibility of the presenter. Speakers are encouraged to supply their own computers and are expected to supply computer equipment other than described.


Handouts

Handouts are highly recommended. With permission, handouts and papers will be published in a Conference Proceedings document and online.

Recording

With permission, sessions will be recorded and made available for sale after the conference. Proceeds will be used to sustain future programs.

Fees and Honoraria

If needed, limited funding may be available to cover actual costs of travel, lodging, and Institute registration. Please indicate the following:

Review Process

The Institute Planning Committee will review program proposals based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the Institute theme
  • Usefulness of practical applications
  • Suitability of the format or style of presentation to the topic and the audience
  • Cost

If the program is accepted, a contract will be sent by e-mail prior to March 1, 2008.

Finalizing the Form

Institute organizers reserve the right to reorganize program content, combine program proposals, and make other changes as necessary. The involvement and agreement of the program organizer will be sought on all changes. Final authority on all program-related decisions rests with the Institute organizers.
