Registration Fees
$200 for each 3-day Institute includes breakfast and lunch for the three days of the Institute, plus materials.
$50 for the 1-day workshops includes lunch, transportation (if necessary) to the off-site venue, and materials.
You may register online or by fax if paying by credit card or have an official Purchase order Number.
Payment Of Registration Fees
A maximum of 175 registrations per Institute will be accepted. Due to
the popularity of these Institutes, all reservations must be paid at the time of registration.
Forms of payment include check, credit card or official purchase order. All checks should be made payable to the
Western Council of State Libraries and mailed to the Tribal Institutes office. The W-9 for Western Council of State Libraries is available to for registrants paying by check.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be refunded in full if received in writing 30 days prior to the start date of
the Institute for which the registration is intended. After 30 days prior to the start date, registration may be
transferred to another participant.
Hotel
All institutes take place at the Cherokee Casino and Resort, 777 West Cherokee, Catossa, Oklahoma (just northeast of Tulsa. Rates are $73 per night for the Resort and $49 per night for the Cherokee Inn across the street from the Resort. There is a 6% tribal fee imposed, but no other taxes or fees. The Resort is providing complimentary airport transportation, Internet access, and parking.

The Resort will honor the group rate for early arrivals and departures on an availability basis. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When making a reservation, you must request the group rate for Guardians of Tribal Culture from our Travel Information page. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
