Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by September 30, 2009, will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. All approved conference refunds will be processed after October 31, 2009. No refunds will be approved after September 30, 2009. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.
